When I look back on a comment and see it moderated down to flamebait, I wonder why trolls get to moderate. It is true that sometimes nice people fix the mess left by the trolls, but sometimes it is just too much of a mess to fix and you are left with a deflated point account.

Fighting global warming skeptics and holocaust deniers is probably the worst.

Creationists have overwhelmingly chosen Microsoft's IE7 as their browser of choice. The reason? Microsoft has pledged to support "backward compatibility." Creationists have long felt that backward-ness is a core belief, one of the cornerstones of family values.
