+ - Mobile Data for Travellers

Submitted by blackmerlin
blackmerlin writes: Hi, I'm an IT Manager in Australia and I'm sick of paying for expensive data when our employees travel overseas. Wireless internet in Cafe's and hotels/airports are great, but what about when these aren't available? Has anyone setup a register of where prepaid mobile data cards/services can be bought at international airports? I know Three mobile offer their "3 like home" service, but I'd be interested in any alternatives as I hate dealing with indian call centers. On a side note, I'd be willing to pay extra for services if I know I wouldn't have to speak to someone in India/China who does't understand the English language very well, let alone the terminology. Cheers, Paul.
