It's a joke guys. I actually do know people that probably would support making Vonage illegal after their phone and internet were hijacked and made non-functional. Admittedly these folks are not Slashdot readers, but nevertheless it was a big problem for them and they got very little help from the company.

There are a lot of former Vonage customers that would agree with this approach.

No really, it really IS reaching a tipping point, no matter what your energy company overlords are saying. The problem is the denier class didn't take chemistry and physics in high school and they know nothing of how peer-reviewed science works. And I say that as a general contractor that did get some science education well after high school, while the deniers were at Bible study.

He should be VERY careful about what Apple initiatives he dismisses so blithely. A lot of giants have fallen with such an attitude and we're all better for it.
