This is starting to look worse for 'Pay up or else' litigation firms that have begun popping up across the world, as it shows that there is no real solid foundation behind the exorbitant damages awarded to the copyright holders, which are employing firms using the Barwinska case as a strong-arm tactic to scare people into payment."
