Killing may have be justified, but if the person holding the gun is a decent human being they will still seek a non-lethal outcome.
That would be a clear and definite restriction on the right to resell (Specifically, the deliberate crippling of products to disrupt the standard commercial rights of the purchasers) which would near certainly be a case rapidly lost by the crippling companies in the EU.
American courts, somewhat trickier to call. Precedent, law and logic all say this is unacceptable behaviour, but it's unacceptable behaviour by a rich corporation, so...
Ah, along the lines of "Dutch [x]" then?
(x being any element of a sizable array including "Wife", "Courage" and "Oven")
Most American Christians think of Catholicism as a totally different (i.e. fundamentally non-Christian) religion
Except, of course, when wanting big numbers to claim the moral right of majority.
We're with the government. We don't have a sense of humor.
Probably. As I understand it, the test only reveals that it was 29% horse DNA, not 29% horse meat.
Actually, it was 29% of the burger patty, by weight, determined to consist of meat containing horse DNA rather than the expected cow DNA.
Hey, Samzenpus, plus editors!
Ireland is not part of the UK. Unless you lot want to go back to being good little colonists too?
I've been meaning to look this up for a while, but is there a proper term for the act of applying logic to a nonsensical proposal?
I believe that would be "Nerd Humor".
It was discussed in about 2 pages worth of detail in the Yellow Book.
In China right now.
Chinese nationals require a visa to exit the country, unless willing to take the cargo container trip out of Wenzhou.
This visa can be obtained by legitimate means only in rare circumstances.
If you actually want to get it you need legitimate reasons and a moderate bribe (8 to 12 thousand yuan) or a major bribe (20 to 50 thousand yuan) and suitable connections.
Us foreign types are thankfully able to leave at will.
>> back then the average life expectancy was about 35. So if you didn't have kids young, you wouldn't be around to raise them for long.
Slight side note there. The average life expectancy may have been 35, but remove all the infant deaths (those dying aged 0-2 years old) and the average bounces way up into the mid-60's, not so massively different to today's.
But still pretty crap.
If you can't afford the expert then you can't afford to collect such data. Move away from this project to something you have the ability to do.
Every reputable medical doctor, along with every pundit even slightly knowledgable about medicine or even basic biology has been warning of this issue ever since the antivaxxer morons got their idiotic campaign going.
So, the main message from the article (Despite the "Author"'s efforts to slant it othewise) is that bad design and programming practises should be called "liberal" as opposed to simply ignorant?
