The Real Toad King writes "Apparently, Gambian President Yahya Jammeh has a cure for AIDS. However, since he claims he was told by his ancient ancestors in a dream about it, most health officials fear this will just lead people away from anti-retroviral drugs proven to extend the life and ease the suffering of AIDS patients."

The Real Toad King writes "Turns out that many government officials believe that Fidel Castro, leader of Cuba who was hospitalized back in July for what was said to be abdominal surgery, has cancer. From TIME.com:
