Not only did Sprint not have Wisconsin listed on their 4G website, but service around here has gotten MUCH worse in the last few months.
I got sick of throwing away money for shit service and went to US Cellular. Awesome service/speed.
I know I'd never go back for my laptop, personally
ALL models have Wifi as well.
Somehow I doubt the drones themselves are of much higher caliber software wise. Wouldn't surprise me if the software and hardware isn't protected.
After wiki-leaks especially, it wouldn't surprise me if Iran had their hands on source code and hardware specs already and DID bring the drone down electronically.
Of course, most HP printers didn't work. Like my LaserJet 1018. Or Color Laserjet 4600.
Come to think of it, never got a single printer working with it. There's a reason HP's profits are down 90%.
Is it so hard to have an ARM version of CUPS that can print to everything?
So you get the great multi-tasking of WebOS, but with the great app selection (and browser options...) of Android.
Netflix, minecraft, Firefox.... I certainly don't consider it a downgrade.
But let's look at some of the bad parts.
A browser that is unusable if you have more than a few websites open. A complete lack of apps (even after installing preware).
Even after overclocking to 1.8Ghz, it takes a good 5 seconds after turning a PDF page for it to "unblur" and come into focus. Oh, and the browser does that same blurry, unfocused crap too. Often for more than 15 seconds.
Because at the time, they were the 'only game in town', simple as that.
And we see how well that has worked out for them.
Companies need to realize that they need the developers and not the other way around. If you treat them like shit, they will jump ship as soon as a competitor comes out (instead of, say, developing for both platforms).
