SlickNic writes "I serve as a help desk representative as well as playing a role in some server management particularly in the area of backup and storage. My question to /. is where can I learn about new issues/information of all kinds pertaining to servers and work stations in reference to software and hardware. If there is a site or multiple sites that may cover common hardware failures on major vendor systems (Dell Toshiba HP Apple), software issues with Windows and OSX. I don't add Linux to this due to the number of flavors and the fact that I use and support mostly Windows and OSX installations. Also new trends in viruses and SPAM would be quite useful. I'm hoping that this site has not only the new issues but also solutions both failed and successful for each issue. I know this is very broad but if a single site exists or a small collaboration of sites preferably with RSS feeds to keep ahead of issues as they become known it would be very useful for myself and I'm guessing many of you as well. Thank you /."
