Lizard gives birth to equivalent of age 7 children

Submitted by Anonymous Coward
An anonymous reader writes "The ABC is reporting that the Australian Stumpy-tailed lizard gives birth to young equivalent to a woman giving birth to a seven year old child. The baby lizard weighs in at over one third the weight of the mother lizard — all without the mother swelling or changing shape. Towards the end of the pregnancy, the lungs of the mother are severely compressed, resulting in reduced oxygen intake, and hence less physical activity. Female slashdot readers should be happy it doesn't work the same way for humans!"

I don't know about Google, but I know of quite a few companies that don't like that kind of thing, although it could make them more attractive if they've tweaked the results slightly, true (since I guess that might be quite hard)

I can't see that it allows candidates to be any less truthful than they normally would be to be honest
