Music Help: What Is That Song?

My wife is trying to figure out who did a certain 80's song. She remembers that the group begins with a "D," the lead singer was female, and they wore a lot of black (I realize this last isn't particularly helpful;-)
The lyrics included a chorus along the lines of, "Hanging on the edge of a heart attack," or "hanging on a heart attack," or something along those lines relating to a heart attack.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as google has not been particularly helpful thus far;-)

a) call the divinyls a synth pop band is just wrong in so many ways
b) Chrissy Amphlett (lead singer) generally wore a school girl uniform when performing on stage

You'll have to tell her and post any comments she may have;-) My inclination is to put music opinions right up there next emacs v vi in terms of feelings on each side.

Speaking of taste... My wife also just got We like the cars that go boom on iTunes. I've heard various people singing it themselves for years, but I realized that I had never actually heard the song itself! They sound like their 12, so it s a very, very disconcerting thing to listen to now;-)
