They won't have anymore telecommuters. One of our workers awhile back was resident in pakistan. No way are we going to let our data over the wire in the clear, so we can't hire from there anymore.

Guess what? There are plenty of people in your own country that would be happy to work for you. They just won't do it for slave wages, what a shame.

As soon as iOS5 removes the need for a PC, expect the iPad to accelerate it's genocide of the "normal" computer we're all used to.

Sure the iPad is a cute toy for the execs and they are really pushing them to doctors as well but they will fill their niches soon and plateau. Typical of all Apple products, sexy and expensive but the glitter wears off fast.

Meanwhile legions of PC users are actually getting work done...

Remember, the people in Congress are always up for re-election (unless retiring).

Now if a few groups like The Eagles decide to make this a public issue, then their fans may be persuaded to vote in a different person who is more agreeable to The Eagles' argument.

It is well known that the candidate who drops the most money on his/her campaign is the one who 'wins'. There is a lot of money out there for politicians who are willing to support the desires of these parasites, especially now that money has been ruled 'free speech'.

So Kroger's customer list is stolen from Epsilon! I wonder what other companies are using Epsilon to manage their customer list. So we need to identify who is managing the client list of Epsilon. If that site is known to be hackable .. hee... hee... :-)

I found an email this morning from Usbank telling me that they use Epsilon and that my email address was among the stolen files. I did a Google search and apparently Chase also uses the service.

This isn't good.

EVP and IR camera's can and do pick strange readings. Readings that aren't easily picked out. whether or not they are ghosts is something else, but there are readings that shouldn't be possible with our understanding of the physical world.

Take an IR camera, and a regular camera, strap them together to they record separately but identical images(offset slight of course) and walk around some of these "haunted" places. it may take a week or so but you will pick up things on the IR camera that isn't recorded by the regular camera. IR camera's can detect heat flows but a heat flow that randomly appears lasts for 5 seconds and disappears is unusual.

Better yet, take the IR camera outside to look through girls dresses.

Did I say that out loud?

Nope, don't flatter yourself. I just hate spammers that join forum discussions just to lure people to their spam links. I had had a few beers and threw some nerd rage your way.

Great detective work Colombo.
