Attached to: A Year of GPLv3

I want to share the code, not enforce political views I disagree with.

No matter how good you think the intentions you have are. If *insert corporation here* wants your code they can take it and use it to create restrictions for the user. The GPLv3 allows the user to take away those and use it on the product. Hardly enforcing political views. Basically, the GPL is to allow the most freedom for end users and make sure that the end users can trust you. If say Linus was hired by MS and decided to close down all of Linux sites, you could still get the kernel. If MS wanted to make a backdoor in the kernel code and sell it as Windows 7, you had the right to take that out despite how much MS wants your computer to be zombified into submission to the *AA.

School shooting takes place in Finland 2007-11-07 12:28 Anonymous Coward

Submitted by Anonymous Coward on Wednesday November 07 2007, @12:28PM
An anonymous reader writes "Finland has today been following a shooting incident in a school in Tuusula, near the capital city of Helsinki. This has been the first serious shooting incident in a school in Finland. What makes the incident different from other similar cases is that the suspected shooter wrote about his intentions on the Internet on several sites and forums. For example Youtube had a video posted by the user Sturmgeist89 yesterday titled "Joke High School Massacre — 11/7/2007". Reportedly eight have died, and the shooter is in intensive care after attempting to shoot himself."
