This is an older lady that plays Farmville in her free time and does not understand that you need to read absolutely everything concerning a purchase when you spend money online. Not only did Zynga refuse to so much as reverse the purchase, but also acted in a condescending manner towards her. Being the vengful person I am when my family is wronged, what would be the best way to spread this information to as many people as possible? I have the conversation and emails as proof as well."
