coRank, the anti-Digg?

CVReps writes "Venture Beat reports on CoRank. So there are about 5 new Digg clones born each day. But... What happens when you see a site that looks like the original, it seems to do the same thing, and then, when you look closely, it actually advocates the exact opposite?

Digg's mantra is "trust the wisdom of the crowds". coRank's is more like "crowds are stupid". Interesting "clone"!"

Mozilla? You should've taken a look at NS Communicator's code. Now that was scary. I can tell you many people couldn't believe that thing could actually run without crashing after 5 minutes of us. When we launched beta versions, some of us were freaked out to see that people was actually using them.

But we had a lot of fun :-)
