Progman2000 writes "My company has been waiting on Gateway Professional (now MPC) laptops and desktops, one ordered as far back as June 26th. Today we got word that they've thrown in the towel. We'd heard they had a manufacturing problem, but I somehow missed the part about outsourcing to Mexico! We've already started buying from other sources, but what do we do about the replacement parts on order, and the laptop they've fixed but not shipped back yet?"
