Unfortunately, you only have experience in half of the problem. Sure, you might have plenty of collective manhours of experience when it comes to the back-end of a MMOG, but looking at the directors and advisors, not one of you has any experience of real game development.

No offense intended, Chris, but studios with years of experience in both front and back-end systems have tried [and failed] to develop a succesful MMOG.

Some people manage by the book, even though they don't know who wrote the book or even what book.
