Sorry no information in this comment I'm just throwing out there that in my opinion since insurance companies are increasingly becoming the payors for services rather than individuals it seems stories like this are becoming more prevalent. I mean, and I stand to be corrected it seems that the medicare system now has a "watchdog/whistleblower" vis a vis the insurance companies. It appears to me insurance companies don't like to pay the costs it used to be OK for the average joe to mortgage their house/ruin their future for.

Mike_Shane writes: NEW YORK (Billboard) -A yearlong download promotion planned between Pepsi and Amazon, Billboard has learned, is among several developments forcing further consideration by Warner Music Group (WMG) and Sony BMG Music Entertainment to follow EMI and Universal Music Group's lead in distributing music in the MP3 format, which forgoes restrictive digital rights management technology. News of the Pepsi promotion, which is expected to be announced February 3 during the Super Bowl, coincides with Wal-Mart's ultimatum that major labels supply with their music in MP3, sources said.
