Mearlus writes "An Appeals court ruled that the ban was reasonable as D&D involves recruiting other players, thus gang related. While we may not care that this inmate can't play the game the courts ruling seems silly."

"Judge John Shabaz signed an order on Thursday that requires the university to relinquish the names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses for the individuals.""
