Quit my job as a Major Corperate IT manager/programmer/DBA/etc guy that did everything from changing toner to setting up full T3 circuits to designing the entire 3 floor Office Network, SQL servers and write software that made them more money and I had to live 1+hours away.
I gave it all up to work for a tiny company that is growing like mad, 15 minutes from home, Management that rewards innovative thinking and willing to reward people that go the distance.
Less pay, Less stress, more time with the family and to myself. Why did I not do this earlier?
