Has any of those BitCoin thefts occured because of vulnerabilities in BitCoin itself or because of unsecure 3rd party services? I doubt you'd go and say real money is insecure if a single bank somewhere got hacked.

I think a short circular buffer (a gunshot shouldn't take more than a second) is equivalent enough to not recording at all. If it's all in RAM, it's not permanent.

If "traditional schooling" means burying your desk/shelf/whatever in a lot of physical, printed books, yes. Otherwise, no. Physical books are the only thing e-book readers might replace, and while they may do that, that alone is not going to change education as we know it.
