Submission + - IBM sues Amazon

LeninZhiv writes: "Marketwatch is reporting that IBM has filed two lawsuits against Amazon for infringing on five if its patents. Apparently the dispute goes back to 2002 but the two companies have been unable to arrive at a settlement. From the article:
IBM said Amazon has violated Big Blue's patents for technology used to store data in an interactive network, presenting advertising in an interactive service and ordering items using an electronic catalog, among others.
