Kreldon writes "As most of you know, Barney's "parents" (Lyons Partnership) are extremely protective of their plush purple dinosaur, going so far as to sue the San Diego Chicken — and lose. They've sent nastygrams concerning Stuart Frankel's Barney parody site several times since 2001 — and now it looks like the EFF is fighting back in court against Lyons' baseless claims and nastygramming."
