the players are among the greatest physically empowered people on the planet. they can sprint, jump, lift, and more on nearly the same level as olympiads.

most actually have degrees and actually had to not only pass those courses but had to do so while maintaining their physical training.

the game is actually pretty complicated if you take the time to understand the strategies involved. perhaps it is that it is too complicated for you to understand? I do not blame you - it is boring. it is, however, not simple. the players must know countless plays and some of them are quite specialized.

I don't know if your wife left you for a football player but letting that influence your views is kind of silly. additionally, lots of people (a greater percentage than any other branch if I recall correctly) are unable to complete basic training and earn the right to call themselves marines. I do admit a certain bias in those regards however. on the other hand, I am not a fan of any sports but still felt compelled to ensure you know that your rhetoric is just plain silly.

I will give 'em all the money in my pocket for it. I think my pocket has $170 in it. I am not wearing pants though so I can't be certain.

Are you sure that the real morons aren't the ones who try to use an appeal to emotion? Entrapment has a definition in the legal realm. You can't just wish it to be entrapment. It doesn't even matter if people "agree" with you, it just makes them wrong too. This isn't entrapment. Should it be? Probably. It isn't though. However, whining about entrapment and hoping nobody actually pays attention isn't a very good way to get your point across if you're trying to have an impact on people who can think independently from the group. So, well, you may actually have some success.

What is "many" and do you have a citation for this or is it something you're assuming? I don't have a nickle invested so I'm not the least bit concerned, I'm just curious and it seems awfully hyperbolic with the rather big assumptions and weasel words.

Umm... Even if the door is unlocked and open it is still burglary. Many states have revised the statutes as far as I know. I'd guess due to the confusion - people didn't get this, they've renamed them. Even before this, breaking and entering referred to breaking the plain and not to the act of breaking anything to enter. The burglar broke the plain and then entered and, as far as I know, had intent to deprive the owner of property. Your own statutes may be different so I'm going to have to ask for a citation because, well, I checked my own state's laws and they confirm what I'd been told.

I could pirate much of it. I opt not to. I can't get what I like, in the manner that I like it, online for a more affordable price. (I watch a lot online too, paying for both Netflix and Hulu+. There is a lot lacking.)

Yip. I watch pretty much nothing but documentaries. Of course, because cable companies are retarded (or smart actually), I have to pay a lot more than I should for the privilege. I had to upgrade to the digital package with a bunch of silly channels that I've never watched just to get BBC America, The Military Channel, Planet Green, The Science Channel, and History International (H2 now).
