Does anyone out there know of a good open http proxy lookup service?

I'm working on reducing web forum abuse and I'm trying to find a decent service, but honestly, everyone's fixated on email. I used opm.blitzed.org a while ago, but have not found anything on that level since.

Any suggestions?

I've been told countless times to switch to Firefox from IE7.

So, someone please make the case for me.

Why should I switch? IE7 is fast, it works, and it's supported by Microsoft.

I use the following browsers (in order of preference):

Internet Explorer 7/6
Opera
Firefox

So, tell me, Why should I drop IE as my primary browser? Why shouldn't I switch to Opera if I do drop IE? Why Firefox?
