That's the Daily Kos Markos. No wonder they censor and ban posters who question the NeoThuglican appology wing of the Dem party.

  • If I say that too, can I get a paycheck? :-) I don't think so...
    • It's in the full text. He says he worked for the company in the past.

"I applied to the CIA and I went all the way to the end, I mean it was to the point where I was going to sign papers to become Clandestine Services," Moulitsas admits in the interview. "And it was at that point that the Howard Dean campaign took off and I had to make a decision whether I was gonna kinda join the Howard Dean campaign, that whole process, or was I was going to become a spy. • Again, it looks like he's admitting to nearly working for the CIA, not actually working for them.

Besides which, I'm not really sure it's fair to say "Works for CIA == Must be duplicitous in everything he does, even in his private life". Everything you're citing as criticisms of how he runs the DailyKos seems more likely to be the results of either misinterpretation or jackassary. If I were an agent for a Hollywood-style Secret Government Agency, running a website as part of my job designed to misinform a

        • Umpteenth-hand rumor is that it's a rather demoralized place, but it's also a rather large organization, so the people with the negative vibes might not be representative.
  • Given the events he's put on and the access to regular media he gets one would expect no less.
That said, I'm not so sure he's attached to any agenda as such(at the moment --vis DailyKos).
Rather blunt tool for any fine detail work if you ask me. [/;-D
