+ - Apple Ignoring Widespread Time Capsule Issues?

Submitted by
An anonymous reader writes "Apple's Time Capsule continues to be very problematic for many users, with issues ranging from very slow WiFi performance to problems with Time Machine to big problems with WDS mode. Many hoped that the recent 7.3.2 firmware update would correct the issues, but they remain. Many users had perfectly functional Airport Extreme Express (802.11g) based wireless networks, and updating to the Time Capsule and the 802.11n Airport Express made them so slow and flakey as to be unusable. With all of these reported issues, while has Apple remained so silent?"

Um, if you _really_ read TFA, you would have seen this other "gem" further down, posted by the same user who posted the NAV comment:

"Okay,I am a Time Warner customer as well. So I decided to restore my previous setting and iTunes is still working fine now. Do disregard my last entry. This appears to be ISP related."

Funny, that :-)

John
