Winbatch is a good all-around tool. It can do u/sql, active directory, mail auto response and many other tricks. We use it to support a CRM and the primary inventory/payroll packages and it saves us almost 2000 man-hours a year and may break that point this year.

Personally I would prefer G-Spot as a default option

Didn't the original Traveller system utilize Skill Trees? How innovative of 4th edition to reach so far back for new ideas.
