This is my first (and possibly only) Slashdot journal entry, as should be obvious. To be honest, this scares me a bit - not being able to edit my entries or turn off comments after the fact seems a bit restrictive. Sad as it is, I think I like LiveJournal better...

Anyway...the point of this entry is to make clear my current friends policy here. On the off chance you've wandered here after being friended by me and wondering why, you're in luck...because now you'll know. I'm sure you're thrilled.

If you strike me as intelligent or if you make me laugh, I'll befriend you. Take captnitro - one of his posts (this one) made me burst out laughing. He's one of my friends now. It's that simple.

So now that that's out of the way...I guess I'm done, save for the obligatory link to a squirrel. Au revoir...
