last night I was carring on a 5 way discussion and wound up aurgueing with myself (gotta go to bed before 3 am)

Ever hear of the BROWN NOTE a subsonic tone around 12or 13HZ which causes you to crap yourself or at least feel like you are going to Humliate yourself? Still it's better than a Police baton across the back of the head. I know they are not supposed to hit anyone there but, somtimes they slip (kinda like my typing). The difference between a street thug and a Government is very small. oh shit modded out again. OTOH this could be the answer to trolls lets see if we could send the note to them say an automatic send when you flame ..
