FrigBot (1459361) writes "This is about a guy who was fired from a greasy car dealership that made use of remote web-enabled payment reminder systems. Basically they can disable your car if you're behind payments, or honk the horn at will to remind you a payment is due. Anyway the guy stole someone's password to the system to do his vandalism.
