Salesforce.com launches digg-like IdeaExchange

davis writes "As part of its community development efforts, salesforce.com launched IdeaExchange, a new site that allows customers to comment and vote on new features, dialog with company product managers who participate in the discussion forums and suggest features. The site is powered by CrispyNews, a hosted Digg-alike with the ability for users to submit stories for posting on the site. Is the adoption by enterprise software vendors proof that the Digg news model has been validated?"
