Of course, being able to avoid paying composers would suit Nintendo down to the ground. And the production/distribution/copyright model for video games is very similar to music and movies, so it really is the pot remarking on the kettle's low albedo. The sentiment might look right, but I'd question the reason its there.

I got my copy today and it's easily the greatest of all the Super Mario Bros.
