AHuxley writes "The Australian federal government is reviewing a report by a law enforcement think tank, The Australian Institute of Criminology
about the legitimate use of trojan horses ect, so police can legally use evidence obtained by hacking suspects.
This will greatly expand the communications interception powers that allow police and spies to legally tap their targets as information is transmitted.
This could allow the use of spyware generated information be admissibility as evidence."
