If a 6 year old could do it in Photoshop, then the same 6 year old probably could undo it too. Just run the distortion with opposite paramaters (shrink where you stretched, and stretch where you shrank) and you end up with the original image again.

I seem to recall a few years ago, a police agency cracking a child pr0n case by undoing a distortion made on the perpetrator's face in the images.

NASA Engineers Work On Alternative Moon Rocket 340

Gibson writes "A team of 57 engineers at NASA's Marshall Spaceflight center feel that the Ares rocket is not the best solution for launching the new CEV. They are currently working on their own time developing an alternative launch system known as Jupiter. The 131 page proposal, along with other information, is available on the project website. Proponents of the project say that it is 'simpler, safer, and sooner' than the Ares project, predicting the ability for a return to the moon in 2017, two years before the current goal. Ares management has so far dismissed the proposal as a 'napkin drawing.'"

Journal: New Job

Journal by cj_goth
Two days ago got the news that I now have a new permie job in London (investment bank, mixture of dev work and financial analysis). Took me a blinding 6 days in total from first application via a headhunter website thru 2 rounds of interviews to job offer. Not unusual from a contract/temp position, extremely unusual for a permie position. Guess I'll be Slashdottin' a whole lot less when I start this.

Equal bytes for women.
