Submission + - MPAA, Investigator job description

Darthmalt writes: "While looking for a video editing job on monster I stumbled across these two MPAA job postings for an "Internet Investigator"

Duties include:

Determining and tracking repeat offenders and directing escalated action against them

Participate in voluntary, civil and criminal seizures and provide testimony in court in support of cases generated by investigative action.

Conduct investigations involving Intellectual Property Rights violations affecting members of the Association, including interviewing, surveillance, gathering physical evidence, reviewing public records and any related investigative functions.

Effectively present the results of investigations to federal, state and local law enforcement agencies and obtain cooperation from these agencies."

I have a theory that it's impossible to prove anything, but I can't prove it.
