Submission + - Church Defies NFL Super Bowl Copyright

Copyright Abolitionist writes: "After initially backing down, the Second Baptist Church in Indianapolis went ahead with its plans to show the Super Bowl on a projector in spite of NFL legal threats. The problem was that they were going to use projectors that would give a display larger than 55 inches, something forbidden by 17 USC 110 of US Copyright Law. The senior pastor said they thought they should take "a stand for what's right.""
