Is Leopard the New Vista?->

Submitted by
CorinneI
CorinneI writes "We all have such a good time ragging on Vista that it's practically become second nature. We never, ever thought that we'd have the same reaction to a Mac OS — especially Leopard. By and large, though, PC Mag analyst Oliver Rist sees more similarities between Leopard and Microsoft's much-maligned OS than differences. In fact, these five similarities are enough to drive him right up the wall."

Submitted by
CorinneI
CorinneI writes "When everyone tested the Apple iPhone back in June, one thing was very clear: Minus the pesky phone part, the iPhone was the best portable media player anyone had ever seen. The iPod touch is just that — and so much more. It takes all the wonderful things about the iPhone — cover flow, multi-touch interface, a luminous screen — and adds so much more, like Wi-Fi access to the iTunes store. All told, the touch has earned PC Mag's highest rating (5 out of 5)."

Submitted by
Rinne
Rinne writes "Sit down, this may be shocking: Your company's network bandwidth and storage are finite resources. And the hall monitors for those resources are in your friendly, neighborhood IT department. You're definitely on their list. The question to ask next is what list it is.
