You have enough problems with IP as is. You certainly won't be able to make anything dark and/or "mature" with Disney breathing down your neck. But seriously, if Ubi wants to maintain the apparant direction of the Prince Of Persia series (which I hope they don't), or go with the dark-er ending of Beyond Good & Evil for the sequel, they won't be able to do it with someone afraid of taking chances at the helm.
