The first 32 bits is the Destination Address. The next 32 bits is the Source Address. The next 666 bits is the ANSI-Encoded Latin Incantation For The Spell That Makes The Internet Work. When a router receives the packet, it overwrites the Destination and Source fields with an ethnic slur about Germans (because the Internet was invented by Poles) and then it recites the ANSI-Encoded Latin Incantation For The Spell That Makes The Internet Work, or the ANSI-CHRIST.
