Part of the problem is that Lollipop offers little new, but does destroy existing functionality. Google Calendar is much less usable than before. Personal and business email is now handled by the same application, making it much more difficult to keep private and business separate. Etc..
Never really used the calendar function, but I did used to use the bluetooth connection in my car which was broken by Google's switch from the Bluez stack to the Broadcom one. So I actually like the change to lollipop since every Nexus device that ran anything newer than Froyo refused to work nicely(i.e. at all) w/ my car's bluetooth. Unless I could find a version of cyanogenmod to run on that device.

Well, why shouldn't the government save that group of idiots from their own actions? The government does it for so many other groups already. It seems to be its default action nowadays.

The Telegraph and Guardian are respectable British publications. They all agree that Hungary is leaning fascist.
That word, you keep using it, I don't think means what you think it means. Seriously, the grauniad is anything but a respectable British publication. One should ask precisely why Hungary is heading towards fascism.

Normally I would be able to find equally absurd mutually exclusive contradictory view points held by Democrats to "balance" the posting and burnish my credentials as a "neutral" guy. But it is getting increasingly difficult. And I no longer care to be the "neutral" guy. And I have karma to burn.
Allow me to save you the trouble, you chose guns, like your absurd nuclear tipped bazooka, yet I bet you've never noticed or asked yourself why there aren't rifles sold in greater than 0.50 caliber? Hint, 1968 firearms act. Now, since you like talking about technology and time travel, I'll accept flintlocks as long as a "free press" applies only to presses and printing technology from the 1790s. See how hard that was? The sooner you recognize the boot stomping on your face isn't any softer when worn by someone with a D after their name, the happier you'll be.

So why has every environmental initiative in the past 40 years been pushed by the Democrats and resisted by the Republicans?
How the fuck did this get +4 insightful? The Kosdot is strong today. Let's go back less than 40 yrs ago to the Byrd-Hagel resolution that passed 95-0 in the US senate prior to Clinton signing the Kyoto Protocol. Do you honestly believe there were 95 republican senators at that time? Hint there wasn't.

No, the original intent was to ensure that slave owners could form militias to prevent slave revolts. The Founders were well aware of the inability of militias to stand against a professional army as consistently demonstrated in the American Revolution.

Important question, are they hot? Is there video evidence of this? I do enjoy the whole let's go back and examine any and all statements made by those who oppose gay-marriage, and scour over the record with a fine tooth comb, but don't you dare quote any semi-Marxist clap-trap proponents or allies of the issue have said, regardless of silliness or evidence of bad outcomes that such clap-trap leads to.
