Isn't this just a big expensive iPod touch now?

Depends on how you spin it. I look at it as an eBook reader with an awesome web browser, GPS, WiFi, 3G, local storage, a MP3 player and access to the thousands of apps in the app store. Which, personally, is exactly what I've been waiting for to hit the market to handle my eBook and casual browsing needs. I'm sure I'm not alone here.

The problem though is the price. I am not sure if the price is worth the equipment since you can get a netbook for much cheeper that can do more. Though if they dropped the price to around $200 USD I would but one in the next couple of days.

I agree, it's time for there to be a shock to the politicians of this era. The founders of United States gave us the right to own weapons not for the purpose of hunting. As Thomas Jefferson stated “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure.” Right now there had been enough blood from our patriots, I believe it is time to get some blood from the tyrants.

The charges themselves are not vague, they spell it out for you. Criminal nuisance is basically creating a mob situation. Endangering the welfare of a minor such as knowing that there are minors in the crowed and still create a mob situation. Finally obstructing government administration should be pretty obvious but I can explain it for you since it is vague. How about getting in the way of the police and not helping them stop the mob you created. These are the crimes that he was charged with. I weep for our education system if you are a example of it. Vague is not a word to be used by the ignorant. Try again?

I agree with this point in that the ability to have fair use and other unregulated uses of a copyrighted work has allowed for some of the most memorable moments in our childhood and adult life. The biggest example is SNL in how they tend to make light of the many forms of entertainment in today's society. It is a sad day when creators of content are not going to be able to make jokes about a tv show or movie. For that matter it could be soon that parodies regarding people in the news and such are going to be under copyright protection.
