I'm maybe one of the lucky guys who has an ISP who is actively supporting world IPv6-day. With no cost on my side I am running on IPv6 now. All of my devices at home and therefore also my webserver are IPv6 enabled. I have a AAAA record assigned to the hostname I own.

So it's a bit difficult to put myself in the position of the people who still do not have IPv6, but in my opinion IPv6 is not in its infancy, nor is it difficult to transition to IPv6 (provided the upstream provider does IPv6, but the ease of transition follows recursion).

Just pester your ISP.

Apple doe the same in the Netherlands. The consumer organisation (consumentenbond) has warned Apple to inform customers about the minimum of 2 years of warranty wich is guaranteed by law (as opposed to the 1 year Apple is offering, and they also offer the 2 and 3 years extended 'AppleCare Protection Plan' at a price in the Netherlands).

Yeah. That kinda defeats the purpose of the random regular screenings, doesn't it. Otherwise J. Random Terrorist would just have to become a frequent flyer and be enrolled in the Precheck programme to do his thing. Now wouldn't that be convenient.

I remember reading that it happened in 6 days. And not in 6 random days, no, 6 consecutive days (the first day, the second day, etc.). Ok, you could argue that the bible has a strange notion of time and that days in that period were a lot longer, but Genesis also states "And there was evening, and there was morning", so one day is defined by the same standards we have today. Still it could mean that the earth was turning around its own axis a lot slower.
But then again, that would contradict the fact that people in those days were getting a lot older than today (Abraham apparently lived to be 205).
So you need a different explanation to your bible to be convincing. To me, it is not.

That is what you get in the Netherlands for armed robbery. Even though sencences have gone up in recent years, they still are low compared to other countries.
And keep in mind it's a 13 year old kid. It has to be something very serious to lock up kids at that age.

Ziggo and XS4ALL have as of today blocked access to the Pirate Bay. The thing is: the court ordered Ziggo and XS4ALL to block certain IP addresses associated with the Pirate Bay, based on a list given by non-governmental organisation BREIN, which purports to protect the rights of intellectual property. The court also ruled that BREIN can add IP-addresses to this list for Ziggo and XS4ALL to block, without further court rulings! Basically the've given BREIN free play to censor the internet.

Forget about what the police can do with autonomous vehicles. Who is liable when two autonomous vehicles collide? I wasn't driving the thing, it was driving itself! So the collision is a result of faulty programming by the manufacturer.
I forsee huge lawsuits and multibillion losses for car manufacturers.
