Moved within the last 6 months? TigerDirect doesn't want you

So, for the last three days I have tried to buy a computer for my new home office. I never dreamed it would turn into the nightmare that it has!
I tried to buy a computer, memory, and some hard drives from TigerDirect. After I added what I wanted into my cart I decided to check out before I spent more money than I needed. I moved several months ago into an apartment to stay until I found a permanent home. I have a new location and that is the address I changed my old address to for shipping.
I first tried to use my business card, but it doesn't allow purchases over $500 within 24 hours. Stupid, but whatever, I'll just use my PayPal account. All seemed to have gone well; however, later that day I got a 'limited access' notice from PayPal. Once I verified it was not one of those many scam e-mails I realized that PayPal did not like the fact that I changed my address. They said my account was limited until I sent them a utility bill with my new address. Of course I do not pay the utilities at my new address. They said in effect, uh-well, it will be in limbo until you do, that is our policy. TigerDirect automatically canceled the order based on PayPal's response.
I decided to place the order again, this time a smaller order with just the computer and memory. I used my personal credit card that I changed the address on when I moved, this was over 60 days ago.
After getting no e-mail confirmation from TigerDirect I logged in and checked my status. It said it was on hold pending customer contact. I called, and was told the following:
We could not use your credit card because the address was changed on it within the last 6 months.
I said, "So anyone that moves cannot buy from TigerDirect for 6 months unless they have a credit card that they did NOT correct the address on?
They said yes, that is their policy. I of course asked for a manager, the obvious response was there is no manager and nothing could be done.
So, if you move to a new location and follow the laws and requirements of most credit card companies and correct you address, TigerDirect will not sell to you for 6 months.
If you use PayPal and move to a location that you do not pay the utility bills, you are screwed.
I will of course discontinue my use and my company's use of TigerDirect.
Has anyone else had similar pain and suffering with TigerDirect and/or PayPal?
