Not the other poster, but I guess it would be something similar to how I would do it (in The Netherlands):

- I go to my bank's site and log into my account
- Select the amount I want to transfer and the account I want to transfer it to.
- Press send and wait for the confirmation code that arrives by SMS after a few seconds

This won't cost me a cent.

Alternatively I can go to the ATM machine of any bank and withdraw the money if I want to pay in cash. Also free.

WNYC's Radiolab recently did a story on this subject too. The program is split into 3 parts, and the last one is about these foxes. To get a better sense of what the program is about, I would suggest listening to the whole episode. An hour well spent.

Oink is in trouble again!->

Submitted by oinker
oinker writes "As reported on the MTV site as Music File-Sharing Site OiNK Shut Down Following Criminal Investigation possibly the top music sharing BitTorrent site has be shut down after a two year criminal investigation. It appears that the magic recipe to getting shut down is making money (in this case through donations) and making commercial albums available before their official release date. Today the approximately 180,000 users are wondering is they are in trouble as when one visits the site the warning reads

This site has been closed as a result of a criminal investigation by IFPI, BPI, Cleveland Police and the Fiscal Investigation Unit of the Dutch Police (FIOD ECD) into suspected illegal music distribution. A criminal investigation continues into the identities and activities of the site's users.

I can see how this can be scary for those living in the land of the free, just not free MP3s, that is."

OiNK is taken down by Interpol, admin arrested 2

QuietR10t writes "Scott Gilbertson from Wired raises an interesting point: "However, there is one interesting quote in the IFPI's press release. Jeremy Banks, head of the IFPI's Internet Anti-Piracy Unit, says in the press release: "OiNK was central to the illegal distribution of pre-release music online. This was not a case of friends sharing music for pleasure. This was a worldwide network that got hold of music they did not own the rights to and posted it online." (emphasis mine)

The IFPI seems to be making a distinction of scale between professional piracy groups and friends sharing files, even if, so far as I know, copyright laws in Britain (and the U.S.) make no such distinctions."

There are also rumors of investigation into users, but with 180k users I'm not sure they would know where to start."
