+ - i360 sues members of usenet group nanae

70Bang! (805280) writes "news.google, a search for i360" contains stories about i360, who has decided it's not fair to label them as spammers. They've decided to duke it out in court and created several "john doe" defendants until they can sort out who is whom (and even if they are in the US). Mind you, the courts have been fickle about what they will and will not hear as well as what their judgements will be.

Previously, Steve Linford has been sued successfully...despite the fact he's not in the US. (other attempted suits have claimed he is in the US.
