Let me give you some actual information to use in the future so you actually have a clue what you are talking about:
As stated below - the terms work out to the same or less than you'd pay direct from the manufacturer.
I paid $99 down for my One. Once my payments are complete, I will have paid $579 for the device...exactly what I would have paid for it outright.
The monthly bill is $50 (unlimited talk/text/data). The $20 payment is one you can drop at any time simply by paying it off. There is no lock-in on your contract as to the amount of time you must hold it. Once you've paid the cost of the device, you are done. You are not bound by any contract to any length of service.

Watch his YouTube vid. He didn't make this mistake once, he makes it repeatedly...almost killing himself and his friend in the linked video. It leads one to believe he totally ignored any and all risks of operating a high-speed flying chainsaw.
Most operators know to make sure the device is completely inactive before going anywhere near it. Making it land directly in front of you where you have effectively *zero* ability to take cover should it not stop is a pretty damned expensive game of Russian roulette.
I'd suggest moving, but I am guessing you've already considered that option, which begs the question;

Quickly is subjective. You can get from Minneapolis to Green Bay faster by driving than flying in most cases. Same goes for Chicago if you follow guidelines (arrival times and such).
I can get anywhere in the country legally from where I am in under 24 hours.
Quickly is hardly how I would describe flight travel anywhere unless you own/operate your own (in which case, you can get around by your definition of "quickly" pretty easily.
