I have in my fridge a container of grasshopper salsa that is The Yum. From Diane Kennedy's Oaxaca book. It's not the only insect recipe there either. Ant grubs (Escamoles in Mexico) are delicious (to those that can afford them!)... and don't get me started on how good agave worm tacos (Gusanos de Maguey) are!

I want to be replace the laptop's keyboard with something that looks like my typematrix [dvorak] keyboard (no, I don't own stock in the company, I'm just a very satisfied costumer). But in general, I'd like a laptop I could build myself from parts, standarized replaceable keyboards, screens, motherboards, drives, cases, etc. The same thing we take for granted in desktops and servers.
