Nothing is automatically "shared" from boxee but the feature i really like is the "social feeds". Basicly, you get a list of what your friends have been sharing in twitter, facebook et al and then you get to watch those when you start boxee. For me this is actually pretty nice feature, for example: wikileaks sends a quite a lot of video links almost everyday and those are typically also rather long vids too so when i get home and fire up the telly, they are all there in my queue ..

1) Actual porting of the game - if you read the article, the guy who did the port did not know the codebase from the start - you propably knew your codebase in and out ?
2) Multi format packaging - its not only about building debian rules or spec file and you are set - if you target multiple platforms and hardware architectures via proper packaging - you need to be checking a lot of build options with dependencies..
3) website changes
4) and testing ..

And last, possible promotion ?

Releasing stuff might not always be just about making the code compile and hoping it works..

I'd make a guess that eating "raw" fish atleast has been a long tradition of hunter/gatherer cultures. Atleast nordic/scandinavian societies have recipes which are considered as food that are typically consumed during holidays - they might not be raw in the same sense as sushi but drying and salted fish are still respected delicasies.

Yep, its called FOX. And to show how they really feel about copyright laws an d "re-using" other peoples content, i'll let Tracey to describe how she felt when she spotted her dog on FOX.

Earlier this afternoon I was in our kitchen doing dishes, minding my own business. Jamie was in the living room, watching some NFL football.
It was quiet.
Too quiet.
Suddenly, Jamie called to me from the other room, claiming I had to come see something. When I entered the room, he unpaused the broadcast he had been watching (thanks, TiVo!), and immediately I saw the image of an adorable pug, dressed in festive Santa gear, pop up at the bottom of the screen beside FOX's Happy Holiday's ticker. I vaguely remember Jamie saying something to me to the effect of, "Gee, that dog looks a lot like Truman, doesn't it?"
