I don't see how it's "entirely fan-made". Under current law, a translation of an audiovisual work's original script into another language is a derivative work.

Maybe the whole thing? part of it? maybe "Frankly my dear, I don't give a"? or maybe "Frankly my dear?" or how about "Frankly"? What about if i changed it to "Honestly my dear, I don't give a damn"
