Submission + - Is ColdFusion dead?

Django Dude writes: "With all the other more popular web programming languages out there, I wonder why people still use Coldfusion. Even though Adobe has now embraced it (after merging with Macomedia), the only main site I've heard of that uses it is MySpace. Out of all the web programming languages out there, it's the most expensive, doesn't have a good community of open source code, isn't taught in schools and its <CF___> HTML-like tags for coding are hard to read."
